At iClick University, we maintain clear, consistent policies to ensure every student has a fair, transparent, and supportive educational experience. These policies guide academic progress, financial responsibility, student conduct, and institutional integrity.
Academic Calendar
The University operates on a quarter system (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer). Each quarter lasts 12 weeks. The official calendar outlines start dates, holidays, and registration deadlines.
Grading System
Grades are based on participation, assignments, projects, and exams. The grading scale follows standard academic practices (A = Excellent, F = Fail). A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 for undergraduate programs and 3.0 for graduate programs is required for satisfactory progress.
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
To remain in good academic standing, students must maintain the minimum GPA required for their program, complete at least 67% of attempted credits, and finish their program within 150% of the normal time frame. Students who do not meet SAP standards will receive an academic warning, followed by probation or suspension if no improvement occurs.
Attendance and Participation
Online students are required to participate weekly. Inactivity for 14 consecutive days without communication may result in withdrawal from the course.
Applicants must meet the admission requirements listed for each program. Transfer credits are evaluated individually and may be accepted for courses that match iClick University’s content and academic standards. A $100 per-credit evaluation fee applies.
Tuition and Fees
All tuition and fees must be paid by the published due dates each quarter. Late payments may incur a $50 late fee. For complete tuition details, see the Financial Information page.
Refund Policy
Students cancelling enrollment within five business days of signing the enrollment agreement (and before classes begin) receive a full refund of all payments except the non-refundable application fee. After classes begin, refunds are prorated based on the percentage of the term completed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar’s Office.
Add/Drop Period
Students may add or drop courses during the first week of each term without penalty.
Withdrawal Policy
A written request is required to officially withdraw from a course or program. Refunds and grades will be assigned according to the date of withdrawal.
Leave of Absence (LOA)
Students may request a Leave of Absence for valid personal or medical reasons. The request must be submitted in writing and approved by the Academic Office. Approved LOAs cannot exceed 180 days within any 12-month period.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to uphold high standards of academic honesty and integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or falsifying information will result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension or dismissal.
Non-Discrimination Policy
iClick University does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, nationality, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
FERPA Compliance
The University complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Student records are confidential and released only with written consent.
Anti-Hazing and Harassment Policy
Hazing, bullying, and harassment in any form are strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.
All coursework must represent the student’s own effort. Violations of academic integrity, including plagiarism or unauthorized collaboration, may result in a written warning, academic probation, course failure, or dismissal from the program.
Students are responsible for maintaining access to the internet, functioning equipment, and required software. Instructors and the 24/7 Tech Support team are available to assist with access issues by email at support@iclickuniversity.edu.
Course Cancellation
iClick University reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Students will be notified promptly, and tuition for the cancelled course will be refunded or applied to another class.
Program Changes
The University may modify curricula, programs, or course requirements to maintain academic quality. Any changes will be communicated to students in advance.
Emergency Closures
In case of emergencies or technical disruptions, courses will continue asynchronously when possible. Official notices will be posted on the LMS and sent via email.
