Payment Schedule & Options
Tuition is charged per quarter based on enrolled credits. Payments must be made before the start of each term unless a payment plan is approved.
We understand plans can change. iClick University offers a fair refund policy in accordance with state regulations:
Full refund of all payments (excluding application fee) if cancellation occurs within 5 business days after signing the enrollment agreement and before classes begin.
If withdrawal occurs after classes begin, tuition is refunded according to the percentage of the term completed at the time of withdrawal.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar’s Office.

Financial Counseling
Our Student Financial Office is available to guide you through tuition planning, budgeting for textbooks, and understanding your total cost of attendance. We also offer flexible payment plans to help students manage tuition in smaller installments.
Upon request, students may receive payment summaries for their records. iClick University is a non–Title IV institution, and therefore does not administer federal financial aid (FAFSA).
