Payment Schedule & Options

Tuition is charged per quarter based on enrolled credits.
Payments must be made before the start of each term unless a payment plan is approved.

Payment options include:

  • Credit or debit card (online payment portal)

  • ACH bank transfer

  • Certified check or money order

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. iClick University offers a fair refund policy in accordance with state regulations:

  • Full refund of all payments (excluding application fee) if cancellation occurs within 5 business days after signing the enrollment agreement and before classes begin.

  • If withdrawal occurs after classes begin, tuition is refunded according to the percentage of the term completed at the time of withdrawal.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar’s Office.

Tax Information

Upon request, students may receive payment summaries for their records. iClick University is a non–Title IV institution, and therefore does not administer federal financial aid (FAFSA).
