Our admissions process is designed to make it easy for students from around the world to join our global academic community. Whether you’re beginning your undergraduate journey or advancing to graduate studies, our dedicated admissions team is here to guide you every step of the way.

General Admission Policy

All applicants must demonstrate academic readiness, language proficiency, and the ability to succeed in an online learning environment.
Applications are accepted year-round, and students may begin their studies at the start of any academic quarter — Fall, Winter, Spring, or Summer.

Undergraduate Admissions

Admission Requirements

To be admitted to an undergraduate program, applicants must:

  1. Submit an official high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited or government-recognized institution.

  2. Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

  3. (If applicable) Submit official transcripts from a previously earned Associate Degree or other postsecondary education.

  4. Provide certified English translations for any document not in English.

Language Proficiency

For programs taught in English, students must demonstrate language proficiency through one of the following:

English Requirement Waiver:
The language test may be waived if the applicant has completed:

  • College-level English Composition (ENG 101/102) in a U.S. institution.

  • A high school program in the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec).

  • AP English Literature (score of 3 or higher).

  • ELS Level 112 Certificate or equivalent proof of advanced English proficiency.

Spanish Programs:
Applicants enrolling in Spanish-language programs must demonstrate Spanish proficiency or may be required to take a language placement assessment.

Waivers are granted to students who have completed:

  • A degree from a Spanish-speaking institution.

  • Advanced Placement (AP) in Spanish Composition (score 3+).

  • A high school program taught in Spanish.

Graduate Admissions

Admission Requirements

All applicants for master’s programs must:

  1. Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university.

  2. Submit an official transcript or credential evaluation for foreign degrees.

  3. Provide a resume or curriculum vitae (CV).

  4. Submit three (3) letters of recommendation.

  5. Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

  6. Provide certified English translations for all non-English documents.

Language Proficiency

Applicants to English-language graduate programs must meet the same minimum language standards as undergraduates.

Language test waivers are available for applicants who:

  • Completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in English.

  • Studied in an English-speaking country.

  • Hold recognized certifications demonstrating advanced English proficiency.

Applicants to Spanish-language master’s programs must demonstrate written and oral proficiency in Spanish or take a placement test.

 

Application Process

Step 1 – Submit Your Application

Complete the online application form or submit it through the Admissions Office.
A non-refundable application fee of $150 is required. Payment options include credit card, PayPal, check, or bank wire transfer.

Step 2 – Provide Required Documents

Upload or email all supporting documents:

  • Academic transcripts and diplomas

  • Government ID

  • Proof of language proficiency (if applicable)

  • Resume and recommendation letters (for graduate applicants)

Step 3 – Application Review

Once all documents are received, your application will be reviewed by the admissions committee. You will receive an update via email within 5–10 business days.

 

Step 4 – Admission Decision

If accepted, you will receive an official acceptance letter and enrollment agreement with instructions for tuition payment, course registration, and orientation.

 

Step 5 – Enrollment & Orientation

Upon payment and confirmation of your enrollment, you will receive access to the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) and attend mandatory New Student Orientation before your first term begins.
