iClick University

Academic Structure

iClick University operates on a quarterly academic system, providing four 12-week quarters each academic year: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.
This flexible model allows students to begin their studies at the start of any quarter.

Academic Year: July 1 – June 30
Instructional Quarters: Fall • Winter • Spring • Summer
Full-time Load: 9–12 credits per quarter
Part-time Load: 3–6 credits per quarter
Add/Drop Period: First 7 days of each quarter

Academic Calendar (Sample 2025–2026)

  • Fall 2025: September 1 – December 21

  • Spring 2026: January 5 – April 26

  • Summer 2026: May 4 – August 23
    Observed holidays include Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, and Independence Day.

A detailed quarterly calendar is published each year to guide registration, holidays, and evaluation checkpoints.

Language of Instruction

Programs are offered in English and Spanish.
Students may complete their degrees in either language. However, completing a program in a language other than English may affect employment opportunities in regions where English fluency is required.

Graduation Requirements

To qualify for graduation, students must:

  1. Successfully complete all required credits for their program.

  2. Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (undergraduate) or 3.0 (graduate).

  3. Meet all Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards.

  4. Fulfill financial obligations to the university.

Registration & Orientation

Students register for courses online or through the Registrar’s Office during published registration periods.
All new and returning students must attend orientation, which includes:

  • General orientation to academic policies.

  • E-Library orientation session (virtual or on-campus).
    These sessions ensure students understand university expectations and available resources.

Course Policies

Course Cancellation:
Courses with low enrollment may be canceled. Students may transfer to an alternative course or request a full refund.

Withdrawal Policy:

  • Students may withdraw with a “W” grade until the day before the final exam.

  • Medical withdrawals require supporting documentation.

  • Approved medical withdrawals are recorded as “I” (Incomplete).

Course Repetition:
Students may repeat failed or incomplete courses. A re-entry fee may apply.
